Design Process

1. Query

Meeting with the client to define the expectations of the project is essential. In these initial meetings, our job will be to listen to the client’s wants and needs and propose suggestions. This is when we also get to know the space that will help us in our design process.

2. Proposal

We then present a proposal for our design services that will explain in detail what we will do, how much it will cost and how we will proceed with our work, in a planned, organized and coordinated documentation with all design elements. We make sure you understand the design plan and specifications.

3. Research

After all the formalities are completed, our design team will move forward with the design concept process by researching style, colors, textures, manufacturers, etc. to create the design that suits the client’s needs. We also work on space planning, design, lighting and everything that the project will entail.

4. Presentation of the design

At this stage, we will present the client with an interior design concept, 3D renderings and materials showing the appearance of the interior, color selection to be used, furniture selection, etc. The client will also be part of our design selections. At this stage, we will work together with our concept in which they will be guided to help them achieve the desired style.

5. Budget analysis

Once the design concept is accepted, a detailed estimate of the total project cost, schedule and set of requirements will be presented. As experienced Interior Design professionals, we will be able to foresee common mistakes that can be easily avoided through proper study and planning.

6. Project management and implementation

At this stage of the project our contractor will execute the work that has been created and approved. It will follow a work schedule that will end with the installation of the goods and delivery of the design.
